Buongiorno, nuovo del forum. In breve: a novembre del 2015 ho acquistato il mio Redmi Note 3 32GB dal sito Gearbest.com. Il telefono ha funzionato benissimo fino a ieri da quando la batteria non si ricarica più. Ho provato vari caricabatteria ma con scarsi risultati. Purtroppo ora è spento con la batteria a zero. Contattato il venditore mi ha detto di ha descritto tre possibilità non sapendo probabilmente che la batteria è integrata:
1. Please try to use different usb cable to charge it.
2. Take off the battery to charge it with a all-powerful charge it to see if you can charge the battery.
3. Please try to change a new battery to charge it to see if you can power on the phone.
Domanda: il prodotto è coperto da garanzia di almeno 12 mesi? In tal caso dovrei spedirlo a loro?
