Che operatore utilizzi per connetterti dal telefonino? Ieri Vodafone mi dava problemi anche se ero in 4G. Dovresti verificare inoltre nelle impostazioni del tuo modem-router che la cam sia collegata ed abbia ottenuto un indirizzo IP. Non è da escludere che il problema sia nel modem.
Se la camera é cinese allora l'app internazionale non ti funzionerà mai. Scarica la versione tradotta in italiano qui presente nel forum e dovrebbe andare, per me almeno ha funzionato
naturalmente assicurati dopo che la camera sia connessa al modem wifi.
Non che io sappia... a me quanto meno funziona tutto, no da web no ma solo tramite l'app. L'unica é l'orario della cam che é sballato ma si corregge facilmente con una riga di comando da inserire nella microsd della camera, prima di aggiornare il firmware. Trovi anche quella nel forum.

L'ho fatto ma niente! Comunque si è appena aggiornato sia l'app che il firmware! Ora la cam parla inglese e mi dice che può essere usata solo in Cina!

After much reading and experience I fixed my camera
I want to help all those who have had a similar problem: stop work after the software update !
This happens because of a ban on using the camera outside Mainland China with the latest software version!
You will need access to a desktop computer, SD-card and card-reader to transfer files.
Open this link and download the file http://xiaoyi.querex.be/1.8.5.1K_201508311131.rar .
With the others will not leave, so that only this!
Format the SD-card in the standard FAT32.
Unzip the downloaded file and place it on the map only.
Reset your smart camera ( there is a hole behind it) until orange light shows for long.
Disconnect USB-power, put your micro sd .
Connect USB-power and wait. The camera installs new software on the card.
When the orange light flashes, disconnect USB-power and remove your micro sd .
Connect USB-power again and you will now have a working camera again!
Maybe nice after all these operations to reset your camera to the once more ( there is a hole behind it).

Ciao Becar ti ringrazio per aver postato il procedimento che hai adottato e non ho fatto altro che seguirlo passo passo riuscendo a far funzionare la smart cam. Aggiungerei una cosa importante però, è molto importante non aggiornare il firmware, cioè lasciare quello cinese.
